IST PARK – the technology park adjacent to IST Austria
IST PARK, a cooperation between ecoplus and IST Austria, provides state of the art lab and office infrastructure, customizable to the needs of university spin-offs, deep tech startups, and R&D companies. It acts as a bridge between the fundamental research carried out at IST Austria, and the businesses and industry of the entire region and beyond.
Located in the heart of EuropE
IST PARK is located just a 30 minutes drive away from the center of Vienna, Austria’s capital. From here, most European cities are within a 2.5 hour flight distance. IST’s own shuttle bus service connects IST PARK and the city’s underground station “Heiligenstadt” in 22 minutes. The vicinity to IST Austria’s campus makes IST PARK an ideal place for R&D companies and deep tech startups with an international background and distributed teams.

The technology and research center IST PARK is an initiative by ecoplus and IST Austria. ecoplus is the business agency of Lower Austria, operating 17 business parks, and supporting companies through networking and internationalization programmes.
The substantial IST PARK construction investment volume of approx. 15 Million Euro is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE). For more information about EFRE, please visit www.efre.gv.at.
